Redesigned EDM and landing pages to boost Black Friday callbacks and update customers on the latest promotions.

The challenge

The YMCA, equipped with its own fitness centre, aims to engage both new and existing customers on Black Friday. My objective is to redesign an EDM and create call-back landing pages for them. Through design enhancements, the goal is to increase sales and raise awareness of their professional services. They aspire to include a substantial amount of information in the EDM. Without compromising any content, the design will be improved to make the EDM more reader-friendly. Enhancing the UI will make the EDM more appealing and showcase the professionalism of their services.

Redesign EDM and Landing Pages:

Black Friday has been primarily themed in dark tones, accentuated with YMCA’s brand colour, orange, to highlight the essence of Black Friday. I incorporated professional photos as the background to showcase YMCA’s professionalism and reliability in service provision. I emphasised the phrase “sales 20%” to ensure that users quickly grasp the message conveyed by the email as soon as they open it.
