J’Leo Svue

Redesigned the company website to enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), creating a more intuitive and visually appealing platform. Optimised social media strategies to strengthen the company’s brand image and drive higher sales through improved online engagement and visibility.

J’Leo Svue is a vibrant and innovative company specialising in Architecture, Interior Design, and Building Construction services across London. With a strong focus on providing bespoke solutions, the company is dedicated to serving clients, particularly in the New Malden area.

Upon joining, I focused on revitalising the company’s digital presence to increase awareness and attract new clients. At the time, the website experienced minimal traffic, and the Instagram following was still in its infancy. Over a five-month period, my goal is to drive substantial growth by enhancing the website, improving SEO strategies, and building a stronger presence on social media platforms.

This project is centred on boosting engagement, improving visibility, and strengthening J’Leo Svue’s connection with its audience in London.

Website Redesign Overview

The redesign of the website was prompted by several challenges with the previous version, including JavaScript errors and navigation difficulties, particularly on mobile devices. My primary focus has been to resolve these issues by improving website readability, enhancing the user experience, and creating a visually appealing design that conveys a sense of luxury.

To achieve these objectives, I developed comprehensive brand guidelines, conducted research to understand user needs, and identified the website’s target audience. These efforts aim to elevate the company’s image and drive increased revenue through an improved digital presence.

 

User Experience (UX) Enhancements

The redesign prioritises the user by:

  • Focusing on usability.
  • Maintaining a consistent and intuitive design throughout the website.
  • Applying a clear visual hierarchy to improve navigation.
  • Empowering users with control over their experience.

These measures have resulted in a significantly enhanced user experience, making the website more engaging and efficient.

 

User Interface (UI) Design Improvements

In the UI redesign, I adhered to key principles to ensure a seamless and accessible interface:

  • Simplifying the design and eliminating unnecessary complexity.
  • Anticipating user needs and creating intuitive navigation.
  • Providing clear feedback and signposting to guide users effectively.
  • Prioritising essential functions and ensuring accessibility for all users.

This structured approach has served as the foundation for the redesign, ensuring the website is user-friendly, visually refined, and aligned with the company’s goals of projecting luxury and professionalism.

SEO Strategy

SEO played a key role in my strategy to increase website traffic and boost visibility. In a highly competitive industry where many companies actively invest in SEO, achieving standout results required a focused and sustained effort.

Over four months, I worked diligently to optimise the website, targeting key service-related keywords. This included refining on-page SEO elements, enhancing content relevance, and implementing effective link-building strategies. As a result, I successfully propelled several of the company’s service keywords to top positions in search engine results, significantly improving the website’s visibility and attracting more potential clients.

Social Media Strategy

I have been developing fresh ideas to revitalise J’Leo Svue’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. These platforms offer unique opportunities to connect with diverse audiences, showcase the company’s expertise, and strengthen its brand identity.

For Instagram, I am focusing on visually captivating content such as behind-the-scenes project updates, design inspirations, and client success stories. Engaging reels, stories, and interactive posts are key to boosting audience engagement.

On Facebook, the emphasis is on building a community through regular updates, client testimonials, and informative posts about architecture, interior design, and construction trends, fostering deeper connections with local audiences.

LinkedIn efforts are tailored towards professionals and industry partners. The strategy includes sharing thought leadership articles, project highlights, and company achievements to position J’Leo Svue as an authority in the field while connecting with like-minded professionals.

With the recent launch of TikTok, the focus is on creating dynamic and engaging video content. This includes time-lapse videos of projects, design transformations, construction highlights, and practical tips related to architecture and interior design. Leveraging trending sounds and creative storytelling, TikTok provides a fresh and innovative way to expand the company’s reach and appeal to a wider audience.

These tailored approaches aim to increase engagement, expand the follower base, and create a cohesive and impactful social media presence for the company.
